A one-of-a-kind immersive virtual adventure celebrating the blockbuster launch of Amazon Studio’s 'Welcome To The Blumhouse' series, with performances by Ludacris & Questlove.'
We partnered with Amazon Prime Video to do what had never been done before—and raise the bar for the production value of a fully-virtual interactive launch event. The technical and aesthetic refinement of Welcome To The Blumhouse has undoubtedly elevated virtual events to new heights.
We hosted 4 unique events—based on each of the 4 films in the Blumhouse series— inviting guests to step into a digital house of horror inspired by the key art of the series. The choose-your-own-adventure events were rich with custom content, live performances from the likes of Questlove and Ludacris, screening rooms and 10 unique interactive experiences. Attendees lost themselves in the world of Blumhouse they tried to survive the night.
THE HOUSE
Before the event, VIP guests participated in an at-home unboxing of Blumhouse goodies that teased what was to come.
Once logged in, the guest experience and event navigation was architected as a virtual, 6-story immersive house based on key art from the films and Easter Eggs from the Blumhouse cannon.
Following the live events, the site was converted into an evergreen space for consumers to view the trailers and interact with the series for the remainder of October.
Swag Boxes
Guests received a Blumhouse swag box complete with treats and some clues to help them navigate the story of the house.
